Selling my property with this agent has been a breeze sold quickly by a dedicated team. Special thanks to Karen Fogarty and her team Mike Pearson and Gary Wheeler all very professional I have given 5 stars because I found nothing to criticise, a service that clearly know the property market and how to treat their clients, thank you!

I have no hesitation in recommending Cubitt & West. From start to finish the have been faultless. A highly professional service with no ‘surprises’! We received the full asking price, although in formed by other local estate agents it was too high. A big thank-you to all the team at Peacehaven.

Cubitt and West were able to quickly put my property on the market and find me a buyer so that I could make my purchase. They set me up with all the necessary contacts straight away, and though the process did end up taking much, much longer than anticipated (due to severe delays and repeated issues from a woefully useless law firm at the bottom of the chain), they did see the whole thing through to completion. My sales progressor, Garry Wheeler, kept me informed of the state of the chain daily - sometimes multiple times a day - and was easy to talk to. This helped me to keep a clearer picture and balance out the stress of the continuous, unpredictable hurdles that kept occurring right up to the last day.

Karen and the team were great. I had nearly 10 viewings booked, and the house sold, before it even went onto Rightmove. They kept me in the loop at all times. It was a super fast and easy sale. They did an amazing job, highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Toby from cubitt and west enough. Toby has gone above and beyond and managed to get us exactly what we wanted even though we weren’t the easiest clients. Thankyou so much Toby!

From Start to finish Cubitt & West were fantastic while buying our first property. Took a long 9 months due to chains and issues with the seller but Garry in particular gave us constant weekly updates which were amazing and he made us feel like he cared just as much as we did! Definitely would recommend the peacehaven office and Garry!

A really positive experience! Everyone I encountered at the Peacehaven branch was friendly and bent over backwards to help. I received great advice, people took the time to talk over my options with me and even though the house I eventually settled on was with another estate agent, they still made appointments for me to see the legal team and mortgage advisors. What was most impressive is that the standard of customer care was exactly the same, even though I was no longer buying a house with them. Of all the estate agents I've been househunting with in the last 2 months, these lovely people were the first to answer the phone, the fastest to call back and the warmest and most helpful in all interactions. They also got me a great price with a local solicitor. I'm so impressed!

Toby the mortgage broker at Cubitt and West was amazing! He went above and beyond to find a mortgage for us and even changed the first one to better deal that saved us money when he didn't need to as we were happy to have an offer! Today we completed and this would never have been possible without him! Excelled from start to finish! Thank you.

We have recently used the mortgage adviser in branch, Toby.He has been amazing from start to finish arranging a mortgage, re-mortgage and various home and life insurance policies. No problem to big, and was always on the ball chasing all sides and sorting bits out on our behalf. I will definitely use him for any future mortgages and highly recommend him.

Lewis Austin has shown service levels above and beyond the norm. He has discussed our needs and actively looked to find us a property that is suitable. He even met with us on a Sunday out of his working hours to show us a property. He is extremely pleasant and polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Anne and Eloise have been very helpful and professional throughout the process. All of the staff who showed potential buyers around have been polite, considerate and helpful. Anne especially persevered and even after many months of being on the market, managed to secure the full asking price for us. Highly recommend their service.
