GoogleWhem calling the C and L the number displayed is lampons. However this is the only the first of the odd things that hapoens when dealing with this company. Not only are the cheking fees £400 but they are £100-£160 more expensive than everywhere else. They dont have a card machine meaning you must do a bank transfer thus negating your protection. They are also vaugue on what causes a fail mark. Meaning that they would keeping the £400 they are charging . On a quick Googoe search "lanndlord reference checks" you will see that the cost of a check is beewten £6 and £25 which is a profit of £375 On top of all this the property viewed was a building site that boasted on site parking, which was then later argued that this was not the case. Whwn i called C and L tonask about this they simple agreed and said they knew. I would be very carefull in dealing with this company as they are mearly aftet earning as much as possible while renting sub par accommodation and service.

GoogleConstant false information on "definite" completion dates causing alot of lost earnings which they weren't interested in. Seller left alot of large items at the house despite the contract and sale agreement to be fully cleared, requiring a skip at my cost, C&L weren't interested once the sale was complete and they had the money.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
