GoogleCarruthers & Luck were the agent for the property we were buying in Peacehaven. Callum could not have done more to make the whole process go through. Where possible he liaised and chased up everyone along the chain and as the buyer, kept me informed throughout. I cannot reccomemd them enough and if I am in a position where I need to sell, I would definitely appoint C&L as the agent. Thanks again to Callum and the team.

GoogleI lived at my rented place for three years, and Carruthers and Luck were always available and efficient with their service. This was all the way through to the end of my tenancy making sure I had all the information and kept me up to date during my sign off. GoogleHighly professional independent Estate Agents, would choose again. Steve very experienced valuer, excellent insight, marketed quicky and had buyers waiting "on books" to contact. Callum negotiated professionally and courteously, and v supportive through failed sales, replacement buyers found in days. He did regular courtesy calls and updates, and liaised promptly with Solicitors. Cannot fault the service at all.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Carruthers and Luck. Kevin was amazing! My solicitors were terrible but Kevin kept on their case and was an absolute pleasure to deal with I would not hesitate in recommending Carruthers and Luck. The lettings team are also amazing! David talked me through the process as it was my first rental property. He found me great tenants and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

GoogleAwful place full of charlatans. Zero communication. Will probably tell you your property is worth 12 million without even looking at it. Kevin is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. No useful property information given apart from "It's got 4 walls". Disgraceful excuse of estate agents.

GoogleCallum at C&L was brilliant! We had a great experience throughout and was always well informed and very looked after. He was professional, calm and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. C&L were always contactable when needed and everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful. We even found out we had completed and could pick up the keys from them first! We would definitely recommend C&L to anyone selling locally or if you are buying then you will be in very good hands.
