No respect for privacy, would come home to find possessions moved. They are slow to get basic repairs done . staff were only nice when i was paying them ,couldnt care less the rest of the time,They take being two faced to a whole new level. Probably responsible impart for pushing up rent prices in the area.. Never again !

I have relied on Martin and Heather since 2003 before they set up together... they and the rest of the team 'let and sell' my properties, and when I get it wrong they put it right. When I have a property to let, it's generally gone within a week, and with all the checks to ensure suitability I have never had a bad tenant (touch wood)... using their service. Thacker and Revitt has managed our property portfolio since 2006, and their performance has been superb, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords. We regularly seek the views of our tenants regarding T&R and they always report exceedingly favourably. The two partners work full time in the business and are supported by 4 other staff who are all absolutely brilliant. Their sense of urgency is always first class, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Initially T&R looked after our Creekmoor, Canford Heath and Parkstone properties but when other agents failed to find tenants for properties located further afield we transferred them to T&R and immediately they found tenants! Accordingly, if anybody is looking for an agent, whether it be for just one property or conversely a portfolio of properties then we wholeheartedly recomend Thacker and Revitt.

Fluid rising thro the drain of the managed property overflowing onto shared pathway - could be sewage. Reported by tenant after office closed. Emergency contractor advised T&R did not want them to make an out of hours call to resolve the problem. Complained to T&R who said it was the emergency plumbing contractors decision not to call but whoever made the decision this is poor service not helped by T&R's attitude when I complained about this.
