Thank you to truly wonderful team at Thacker and Revitt. Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.

Tracker & Revitt went above and beyond for me and my wife, and we are truly grateful for everything they did for us. We have recently sold a flat through Thacker & Revitt and we were impressed with speed and professionalism in marketing. We could sense real passion and commitment from Terry. However, things started to unravel as the process went down the line. Terry contacted us on multiple occasions putting undue pressure saying the buyer is going to pull out if this or that doesn't happen immediately. We found them to be unhelpful phone calls, creating unnecessary stress especially as we were actioning all tasks required without delay. Leading us to believe that Terry was working for our buyer but being paid by us, which is wholly unacceptable. Furthermore he contacted our solicitors and truly ruffled their feathers despite the fact that everything was good according to the plans and time scales. It would be much more beneficial if Terry kept calm, stop panicking and truly support his clients.

We’ve been renting a property through Thacker and Revitt since 2022. We’ve recently moved and found our new renter property through Thacker and Revitt too. Honestly can’t fault them at all. They’re so helpful and very responsive when we have reported maintenance issues and questions. When we moved properties they made the process very easy and stress free, they helped us to find a new property and helped us to keep as much of our deposit as possible. As a young man recently moved to the area and looking to purchase my first home, I encountered a lot of sub par and frankly incompetent realtors who clearly did not know what they were doing, or did not care. That made it all the more refreshing to find Terry Atwell at Thacker and Revitt. Their professionalism, enthusiasm and helpfulness blows the competition out of the water. They were extremely knowledgeable about the property, being able answer all the nitty gritty questions I threw at them with ease. Do not recommend as a tenant. I have been renting in the UK for last 12 years and that is the first time I had an issue with letting agent. Terry has been agressive and was waiting outside the property banging the doors and did not let me to close the door. Asia was approaching my friend on fcb trying to find out where she lives (thinking she lives at the property) and after that was sending unpleasant and rude messages to her. I have been receiving emails from them also saying that we have to many beds and that shoes should not be in the hall as it does not look nice for potential buyers as well as kids toys (we had to put everything in the wardrobe while the time of viewing). On the check out time they took the pile of our letters without asking thinking that this is Landlady's post (they were very important letters from government with our personal data). All that incidents and harassment from Thacker & Revitt was reported to the police. Do not recommend unless you want to sell the house and Thacker & Revitt will have a profit from this. This agency is very rude. They constantly talk over their clients and do not give you an opportunity to speak. They are only after taking your holding deposit if you ever pay one. They put you under unrealistic pressure and timeline just because they want to move on quickly with the next person and make you loose your deposit. Terrible! Terrible agency to work with. I do not recommend.
