The unprofessional woman with no customer skills sadly working for the Thacker & Revitt called me today and told me I can't see the property for rent for which I asked because I don't earn 41 000£ per year?!!!? I never experienced this in my life before and how she could have a job when she don't let you even see the property, she made judgements tru the phone and straight discriminate you ????!! Very very sad, rude and no customer service at all....

I found a property to rent through T&R and from start to finish the process was easy. Finding a property some great negotiation from Terry with the owner & I'd secured a new home within the month. In the day off moving I picked my keys up and the team were friendly & swift in doing all the necessary paperwork & to finish off, they gave me a lovely bottle of Prosecco, which went down well that night!
