We decided to appoint Marco Harris to let out house over agencies because of how personal they made the process for us. The genuine care they take is truly noticed. Especially whilst having a new baby, I loved the open house concept which meant I only had to tidy my house once, which was appreciated! Meg, who facilitated the viewings, was great and we completely trusted her judgement, which was so important to us as letting your home out is so so personal! Marco Harris were able to secure multiple offers way above what we thought achievable which was fantastic.Also love how they are so easy to get hold of, especially with the WhatsApp groups they set up. We were so nervous about letting our home but with Marco Harris it’s been so easy. Thanks guys!

Right from the start I could tell that Marco Harris had a new and fresh approach to selling our home . They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. They always answered my messages in a quick and timely manner which I found crucial during this time . They say that selling your home is one of the most stressful times and I concur with this but having Connor and Ben at the end of a phone was a huge help and greatly reduced my stress and worries. They took away so many of my concerns and were always able to answer any questions I had . I cannot recommend them highly enough and anyone who chooses them will be extremely pleased they did so . What can we say other than superb!!!!From the day we called to view our property to the day of the viewing, The team were on hand to help us. Marco Harris embraced the fact we had a family and pets and the way they conduct their business with regards the fairness with the process to finding and being accepted in a property is second to none, none of this first come first serve. Meg, amazing!!!! a very friendly face on arrival, you’ll go along way!! We had a beautiful gift box from you guys when we moved in which catered for all of us, including the dogs, such a welcome surprise!!!Very thorough with the inventory as well!!!!The communication with the group chat that was set up was spot on, and you were on hand to help us from day one!! Excellent, friendly and helpful team!!!!!

From start to finish our experience with Marco Harris was absolutely spot on! As this was mine and my fiancée’s first time moving, we had a lot of questions/queries. However, day or night they were there to help us. We had the pleasure of dealing with Meg who showed us round - our now new home - and she couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable & relaxed. From the get go she built a great rapport with us and instantly it was like being show around by a close friend. With a great sense of humour and good banter, we all got on instantly! Throughout the whole process she was on hand to make sure we were confident it all we were doing. Doing it all through WhatsApp is also a genius business idea as phone calls aren’t always convenient for the jobs we’re both in. Unique way of doing it but massively appealing for us. We could not of asked for a better service from Meg. We feel so lucky to have shared and already very special time for us - with Meg as a guide through it all.Also want to shout out Mark aswell for also being on hand to ask any questions we had and for - at times - putting our minds at ease! Marco Harris are the bright future and the shining present of estate agents, I had an excellent experience in letting my flat. From the very first moment, Mark presented himself as extremely professional, structured, organised and innovative, I fully support his entrepreneurial business model. His forte has been how he marketed my flat, with awesome pictures, a bespoke artistic movie and a very appealing description, a service way superior compared to the competition.As a result, he found tenants in a blink of an eye. Impressed doesn't even cut it. The standard of the property and service provided were the best we had experienced. Meg in particular was fantastic, our communication felt professional yet personal and she was on hand to answer queries any time of day. Marco Harris made us feel like they had a lot of time for us and even dealt with an unexpected problem along the road which many other agents would have cut us off over. Highly recommend to anyone.

Recently purchased a house via Marco Harris.When I met Connor for a house viewing, he was very professional, easy to chat to and was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the area, which is rare. A lot of estate agents blag it, but not Connor, he has a real passion to sell the property and it showed in the viewing. Throughout the process that passion continued. This isn’t a 9-5 estate agent, Connor would often send updates way into the evening, which was great as during this process you want the information when it’s available, and not have to wait till the next day or after the weekend. All through the process he was always available whether it be a phone call or text message, and updated me more than my own estate agent did.All I can say is, that when it comes to selling again, I will definitely be going with Marco Harris. Stop looking. Call them now!

We were recommended Marco Harris through a friend who had recently used them to sell their house.The initial marketing and photos were head and shoulders above your typical high street estate agent which lead to 4 viewings and 2 offers above asking in 24 hours! We found the house of our dreams and managed to complete our chain with an accepted offer.Where Marco Harris differs from your usual big name high street agent is their aftercare and communication. You’re not just a number you’re a person and it really feels that way. We were always kept in the loop via a personal WhatsApp group which was a nice touch. Later into our journey we had some unfortunate news that our buyer had pulled out for no reason, this is where Connor really stepped up and with some kind of sorcery managed to resell our house within another 48 hours meaning we could keep the house we had purchased.House buying is a stressful time even when things are going right, the experience with Marco Harris made the journey that little bit easier. We’d have no hesitation in recommending these boys to our friends and family for their future home moving needs. Thanks again Mark and Connor, we wish you all the best in the future. Dan & Haylee.

Really impressed with the service and relatable interactions with Mark from Marco Harris. They are fresh and current with their marketing and approach to a simple fast and effective process. We were first time buy to let landlords and they have made the whole process a pleasure keeping us informed along the way and offering up solutions at every hurdle they are great at managing the boring stuff too. Mark from Marco Harris was a massive help in getting me in my flat, I originally called about another property and explain my situation and he told me of a much better property which I viewed the following day, the property is perfect and had everything I needed. The process was super smooth from viewing to setting up profile with goodlord and getting everything in order, was easy to bring forward my move in date also. On arrival to the property, it was immaculate and had a thank you card from the Marco team and and a lovley candle to scent up the new place. Would 100% recommend Marco Harris to friends and family and use them again myself
