5 star service! Marco Harris have been so personable, it felt like we were dealing with friends. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish and they’re communication has been brilliant! We are all moved in and we were blown away with the little gifts that they left us on the side the day we moved in! Our card was even addressed to our dog! Amazing customer service! I am so chuffed that Marco Harris is my agent which I will be dealing with throughout my tenancy. From start to finish; I have been kept up to date when processes have been completed and references were checked. Very easy to contact, and quick responses to all of my questions I fired off at Mark, I didn’t feel like a pest for this, in fact... it really does feel like nothing is too much trouble. The whole tenancy process was very simple and efficient, and has been an all round positive experience considering leaving your home for a new one can be daunting at times. It is very reassuring to know you will be looked after. Thank you so much for everything! I was given the keys to my new home for the next 12 months for me and my little boy today, and was smiling from ear to ear when I saw the greeting card and scented candle on my kitchen worktop. Easy to contact and answered all my questions quickly. They are professional and at the same time friendly and very approachable.
