TrustpilotSales & Lettings
I purchased a house as a buy to let through Marco Harris a few years ago. As a buyer, Marco Harris were great, and even though the house had some unforseen safety issues (picked up by the surveyor), Marco Harris worked hard as the go between to keep the purchase going. They made sure the owner did the work required to make the house safe and a structural engineer signed the work off. After purchase, Marco Harris quickly found a tenant who has been great since day one. I even moved my other let property over to Marco Harris to fully manage both.Recently I needed to sell the other let and Marco Harris again worked hard, finding a buyer at a price that worked for me.Having used Marco Harris as both a buyer and seller (as well as still using them as a letting agent), I can highly recommend them whatever your needs.

TrustpilotGreat service
Connor was great during my recent house purchase. He was always easily contactable and communicated with me throughout the whole process. This estate agency has a real personal approach which I found a breath of fresh air compared to my experience with others that use call centres.

TrustpilotBest Estate Agent in Hampshire!
Connor, and his team, really go the extra mile to give a personal caring approach to the purchasing process of buying a house, they demonstrate that they understand how stressful the moment can be and go out of their way to reduce it as much as is possible. They are informative about the next steps, and proactive in moving the purchase along. Most importantly…..they are friendly and care. When you are buying a house, you deal with a lot of estate agents and Marco Harris are by far the best!

I used Connor and Mark to sell my house completely out of their area, their reputation was so incredible and could not have had a better experience. Not only did they go above and beyond to support me with many elements of my new move, but made the process so smooth and supported. Completely changing the game of estate agents and would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much to the whole team.

TrustpilotMark made finding a home much easier
Mark made finding a home much easier, from viewing the apartment to helping me with anything I didn’t understand. It’s hard to find such a patient person these days, but he demonstrated patience beyond expectations and made the process way less stressful. A really good experience.

GoogleI had my property up for sale with a main high street estate agents and I was not happy with the service I got with them with at all. I then reached out for help with Marco Harris and I got a completely different service. They was professional, efficient, honest and had fantastic communication skills. Further to this they were also realistic. My property sold very quickly and following this the sell was fast moving. I am very happy with the service and will stay in contact for future property searches.

Marco Harris have literally been incredible for myself since the get go. Mark has always been really efficient with any issues we have had. He’s really easy to get hold on unlike a lot of other estate agents and he has always made sure to make sure we are comfortable and happy! Marks communication has always been really really good, even on days he hasn’t been technically working there’s never been an issue if I needed to get hold of him! They’ve been so good to me as a tenant that in the future when I buy and rent a property or if I buy I will 100% be using them. I’ve dealt with alot of other estate agents and these guys have always come out on top for me!

I couldn’t recommend Marco Harris enough! They were professional fromthe start, all the way through to the end of our house sale. Connor, Ben and Coren have all been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I didn’t have to get involved once in the sell of our house as this was all taken care of by Coren & the rest of the Marco Harris Team. I will be telling all my friends and family to head to Marco Harris if they want to sell their house or for any estate agent requirements. Thank you so much 😊

TrustpilotMarco Harris Estate Agent
Dear Connor, Coren and Ben, just wanted to say ‘Thank You So Much! ‘for all the help we have received in the whole process. We are very grateful for the professionalism and efficiency throughout and the thoughtfulness from every single one of you in the team to make us feel you are with us all the way, especially when we were feeling very stressful and uncertain in the progress at times! We also would like to say ‘What a Wonderful Gift Box’ to have received from Marco Harris on our completion day! This beautiful gesture from all of you is just what we need (every single item in it) after the stressful moving day and enjoying the champagne, beer, chocolate and much more saying loudly with happiness, ‘Cheers! We made it! Thanks for Marco Harris!’ with all the boxes around us! We would not have done this without you, Connor, Coren and Ben. Thank you very much once again to Marco Harris and hopefully we will see each other again, by the way, your office is beautiful!
