FacebookI phoned yesterday to enquire about a property to arrange a viewing. They said they had quite a few people interested, so FAC said they would contact the vendor and ring me back with a day and time. Then today I had a phone call from who I assume was the Manager, saying he was at the property for my viewing that was apparently at 2.30pm. I said I wasn't booked in yet and was still awaiting the phone call to arrange a viewing. He then proceeded to tell me they had phoned and booked it in with me and emailed confirmation. I said I had not been called back or been emailed to be booked it in. I was spoken to extremely rudely. He then said "I will go in and tell the vendor you're not interested in viewing the property then!" I said I was interested in viewing the property and that I hadn't had any contact to arrange the viewing. I was basically called a liar and spoken to very rudely. All my calls are automatically recorded and there is no trace of this so called phone call. And also no email with a booking confirmation or address on to meet at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! AWFUL SERVICE and staff. Extremely rude. The manager has really upset me in the manner in which he spoke to me and called me a liar.

GoogleFAC were very professional, quick and responsive to getting me a new tenant. They arranged a viewing day and helped me short list tenants for final interview. I have used FAC for many years now and would recommend them.

GoogleWe arranged our mortgage, house insurance, and life insurance through Richard at FAC group and he couldn't have been more helpful. He supplied us with all the information we needed and guided us through the process of getting a mortgage and buying a house. He was always available via phone and email and gave us prompt and clear responses. I would strongly recommend FAC and would definitely use them again - they made the whole process stress free and easy!
