FAC and in particular Red Nelson have been incredible in our purchase. Red was with us every step of the way - far past when he needed to be, he took ALL the stress out of this big move across country for my family and I, he gave us so much morale support, he was always there at the end of the email, he kept us informed on our chain, he spoke to us like humans and cared about us all, he realised how stressful buying a house is, he realised how nervy it is bidding and waiting to hear, he just made us feel like we were the only customers FAC had and that we were important, its not a big sale in the scheme of things when you look at the price of the property but Red and FAC treated us like you’d expect millionaire property purchasers to get treated. Just the best experience. I would recommend FAC to anyone that would listen. Thank you so so much.

Amazing service provided by Red Nelson at FAC. This was my second time using FAC and having the pleasure of dealing with Red. My house sale was extremely stressful at times through no fault of FAC, however Red was always on hand to reassure and offer solutions. Red made sure that viewings were made at times that provided as little disruption as possible to daily life and always kept me well informed. Would highly recommend.

We sold our property through FAC and Red was our Estate agent. We were previously let down from our first agent.Red was professional from the off, friendly and approachable. Viewings were well organised and communication. Nothing was ever to much and Red was efficient and and always done his best. We completed on the 9th, and could not be happier in our new home and we hope our buyer is also happy in her new home. Thanks again to Red and the FAC team who provided a outstanding service from start to finish. Aaron, Bryannie, Harper & Louie

Couldn't ask for a better sevice and would highly recommend to my family and friends.

We have recently completed our house purchase with the help of the great team at FAC Par. Always helpful and cheerful with ready answers and always phoned us back if they were not in the office. We used many estate agents in Cornwall before we found our forever home and have to say that Red is the best video tour estate agent that there was. Thank you all. Ruth and David McCorquodale.

We were very impressed with our experience of FAC when buying our first home. There was clear communication all the way through and we were always kept in the loop. Even in the more stressful parts of the process, they made the effort to regularly keep in touch and do all that they could for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Red has been an absolute star from start to finish! As the local agent he certainly knows his market. We took his advice and he found us a buyer in good time. Our property was being sold following a bereavement and as we were not local ourselves Red helped by accompanying viewers and making property visits to read the meter etc. He was always prompt to reply, even replying from home in the evenings, and he kept us fully informed all the way through. I can wholeheartedly recommend FAC in Par, the service was faultless. Red and his team were terrific, thank you!.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I moved to them from an incompetent property letting agency. Tneil is most dedicated and helpful and goes the extra mile. She is very friendly and knowledgeable with many years in the business. I heartily recommend Ocean and County to any landlord seeking quality property letting and management.
