GoogleA ray of sunshine I had a great experience with my landlord check today which was done by the lovely Amanda Pusey. She was prompt, professional, helpful and extremely cheerful. I would welcome her into my home at any time.

GoogleFor some reason, every time I enquire about a rental property this estate agents always tell me its booked up and can't view, they either have an issue with myself or just plain ignorant. I apply for properties instantly when they are posted and they never get back to me and when they do, I'm told its not avaliable to view. My family members have also had issues with them too so it doesn't surprise me how unprofessional they are and chose who they'd prefer. I think they're a discriminating company and rude and completely unfair. Please avoid as they are utterly useless.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Tasha, it is regrettable to learn that you rate the service you received as 1 star. Whilst we fully appreciate how difficult it is to secure a rental property at this time unfortunately the demand is arguably the highest it has ever been. Within minutes of properties being listing for let a large number of viewing requests are received, in reality even a viewing request received a few minutes after going online can often be the 50th or 60th viewing request received. With the ongoing Covid situation we have to carefully manage how many applicants are visiting properties and ultimately we will work to our clients instructions as to how many or few viewings they wish to be scheduled for their property. We are very proud of how we have assisted many local families in finding suitable properties during this challenging period and are delighted with how many 5 star reviews these clients have kindly posted. We will continue to strive to play our part in helping local people find suitable properties. Whilst we regret you have decided not to show interest in any further properties our lettings team list, we offer you our best wishes with your search. Red Nelson, Branch Sales Manager

FacebookWe completed on a house that was marketed by FAC group on Monday. Red has been fantastic through the very very long conveyancing process and has provided updates which have been invaluable. Thank you so much for your help. Mandy

FacebookWe had FAC recommended to us anyway but as soon as we met Kelly, we knew we wanted to go with her company to market our property & we were not disappointed - in fact, we were thrilled! The service is spot on & you really feel like it's personal, unlike some of the bigger "chains". We have felt in safe hands from the very beginning. Everything is going swimmingly! Kelly obviously loves her job & her enthusiasm is infectious. We have ended up having an offer accepted on another house that she was marketing. Cannot recommend FAC highly enough.

FacebookFantastic service from start to finish couldn’t recommend highly enough. First viewing on our property and it was sold, Red Nelson was always in contact to feed back any progress that had been made and nothing was ever to much trouble for him. A*

GoogleFAC were absolutely fantastic with the property purchase we made with them. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and even when our related sale through another agent was causing headaches for all involved they were understanding and supportive. We always had regular updates and contact from them and never felt like we had to chase to get any answers. I would highly recommend FAC to anyone.

FacebookRed Nelson at FAC went over and beyond to help organise the viewing of our dream property, and help ensure the process was as smooth and rapid as possible considering the circumstances. He was very easy to contact and communicate with, and a pleasure to do business with. He was very understanding and compassionate about our need to travel and organise from a distance, and receptive to our first-time buyer questions. We would most highly recommend his services.
