I spoke to a number of agents before I decided to put my property with Absolute. They gave me three separate options offering the best way to sell my property. I decided to try their online auction department. From the initial meeting with Darren Hole who went through the options with me in great detail and the subsequent viewings with Frank and Simon to the sales progression with Kim and Debbie and contact with the rest of the team I was so impressed with the professionalism and experience the company offer. A treasure find for any distant landlord!

I had been with a national company who not only neglected the tenants (and I lost a few) but me as a landlord. When I decided to change I wanted to 'go local'. From the minute I called Chelsey and Simon they made me feel like they were the company that would look after the property even though I lived more than 200 miles away. I have been with Absolute a while now and do not even think about the property, tenants or any problems. If they phone me with a problem, eg washing machine, they have already got a solution and a price. Before, with the other agent I had ' washing machines broke, what do ya wanna do about it'. Excellent service and very helpful!

I have used Simon and his team for 2 years. Initially I used Absolute to rent my property. They were excellent and found me two tenants over the two years without any problems. Any little issues in relation to the maintenance of the property or servicing of utilities was dealt with efficiently and rapidly, At the same time I was also trying to sell the property and they continuously kept me updated in relation to market value fluctuations and trends. My property was promoted regularly to increase interest and they gave numerous showings. I was eventually made an offer and the sale went through within 6 weeks with the Absolute team keeping me regularly updated.. I would recommend them to any prospective landlord or vendor. Matheu, Simon, Frank & the team provided an excellent professional & friendly service from first contact to completion. The solicitors & purchaser were contacted regularly & we were kept fully informed during all stages of the process. Friendly, professional and genuine staff

One of the reasons we picked Absolute as our agents was because of the friendly, but not too over friendly, and professional approach which was given by Debbie who initially came to see us. They had also sold my Mother-in-laws property a few years before. Our house was sold within a week of going onto the website and went through reasonably quickly. Even when we did have some doubts it would, Kim in the office was very easy to talk to and satisfied us all would be OK, whilst Debbie made a visit to the house to make sure we were still happy with the way things were going. My experience as a buyer has been 100% positive. Absolute in Wellwood is a highly professional and friendly team. Our sales contact Frank understood our brief and demoed videos on his iPad at our first viewing, so efficient! Darren was great to deal with as we negotiated the purchase with the buyer. We needed access into the property on several occasions and Tina and another gentleman facilitated this for us. The entire transaction was so easy and affective. All of the team at absolute lettings have been amazingly helpful and friendly during the process of viewing, moving and finalising the process with the property. Lydia's initial setup for us to view the property and arrange the first viewing along with visiting the property a second time for measurements was prompt and refreshing. Chealsey handled all of the references with us and helped work with us and the referencing company to make sure we were able to secure the property with ease and give us peace of mind that we would have a new family home. Cheryl finalised all of the setup for the move and made sure we were all ready to go and that all of the facilities would be in order for us to move in. Dear Reader I contacted Absolute Sales and Lettings a few days ago and spoke to Mrs Debbie Kelly who registered me immediately. She also arranged viewings for me soon after with Mr Mike Bettesworth. Mrs Kelly then sent me separate emails for the three consecutive viewings, including the full address, the exact time of each viewing, and the agent’s name. I found this level of communication very professional and practical and it left me with a very good first impression of the company. The following is my first impression with the abovementioned names so far. They were both very polite, welcoming, knowlegable, helpful, gentle in their approach, with a quiet confidence that they would be able to find a property for me within my budget without trying to convince me to raise it. I was accompanied with my entire family to view three properties consecutively on Monday 27 Feb. Even though, I am the buyer, Mr Bettesworth interacted with all of them and addressed their comments and feed backs, including them in the viewing process, which was a sign of respect to both my family and I. Not only were we not rushed during the three viewings, to my delight ample time was allotted to each one, with Mr Bettesworth immediately taking me back again to my favourite property for a second viewing. What made this move on his part priceless to me was that he suggested it himself, without my need to request it, in order to address a concern I had straight away rather than leaving it for another time. This is what I consider as superb service and a genuine display to address a customer’s concerns immediately, thus helping them to reach a more informed decision on the viewed properties without unnecessary delays, saving time for both the customer and the agent. Based on my expressed wishes to Mr Bettesworth at the end of the appointment to view my favourite property again this Saturday, to that avail Mrs Kelly made a follow up phone call the day after the viewing, as she was concerned that the Saturday diary may be filling up fast. Again, I found this level of consideration and service very commendable. Unlike some estate agents, she was gentle in her approach and when I conveyed that I had changed my mind about the property altogether, she did not get into a debate with me and just simply respected my decision. I found her approach extremely refreshing and pleasing. In short, she gained my trust and confidence that as a BUYER I will be looked after and that I am just as important and as relevant as is a VENDOR. My feelings and opinions were respected and validated at all times by both staff members of Absolute Sales and Lettings. I strongly recommend this Firm whether you are a vendor or a Buyer. I hope that this agency will be able to help find my "ideal Home", ever confidant that they will maintain the same standards of professionalism as outlined above throughout this somewhat stressful process. In conclusion, I trust that the company director, Mr Daren Hole, will take note of this letter of appreciation by acknowledging the value of the staff mentioned above accordingly.
