GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Martin and the whole team at Stanbra Powell. We both bought and sold with them. None of the stereotypical estate agent cliches - and trust me, we saw plenty of those elsewhere! Martin is a lovely chap - very easy to get on with, straightforward, prompt and helpful. He got to know us and what we were looking for, and wasn’t ever pushy. Once the sales were agreed, Julie in the office took over, and was equally excellent. Thank you Stanbra Powell!

GoogleWe purchased our home originally through Stanbra Powell back in the late 90’s and the transactions were dealt with in a most professional but friendly manner. Just over twenty years later we had no hesitation in choosing Stanbra Powell again to sell our property. Adam and his team were most supportive when things didn’t quite go according to plan but following an initial disappointment, the property was re-sold in matter of days and the sale went through without a hitch, while doing so Adam even took the trouble to negotiate an improved deal with the developer of our new home above and beyond expectations. They are a great team, they would certainly be my first choice again and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Martin was incredible from showing us around the property and explaining about the area etc. On key pickup they had a bag ready with some gifts they were a really nice touch to long awaited day. GoogleThe whole team were committed to getting my mum’s house sold but were also very sensitive and thoughtful when dealing with my elderly mum. Luisa particularly, went the extra mile when the sale became very complicated and difficult through no fault of there’s . Excellent regular contact about the progress of our chain was always the case throughout the process…Without Luisa I think we would still be waiting for the completion date to happen, as she definitely went beyond her remit. Excellent service - our family would highly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleWhen I approached Stanbra Powell, I was very happy with the professionalism I recieved in guidance on the best way to rent out my property. It was only on the market a week before they found someone & a week after that he moved in. The staff are always only a phone call away & are very helpful with any problems that arose. I would highly recommend using these Estate agents.
