Alex and Chloe were absolutely amazing when I moved in and when I moved out. Really helpful and made the process as simple as possible. I couldn't recommend either of them highly enough. If you're going to rent through Stanbra Powell, they are without doubt the best in the office. The only thing I would recommend is checking any figures from Hazel. I had to go back several times to get the right figures from her.

GoogleI can highly recommend Stanbra Powell after they dealt with the sale of my late fathers house in a very professional manner. We initially looked at 3 agents and chose them due to them being local understanbding the local market and not part of a larger chain and I'm so glad we did. Everything dealt with quickly, we were kept well informed of how the process was going and we couldn't have asked for more viewings and offers. Can't recommend highly enough.

GoogleWe have recently brought our property through Stanbra Powell, we dealt with Martin and Luisa both we're very honest and handler our chain effectively. It did feel like a slow process but this was solely down to the mortgage lender and Solicitors. In the latter stages we thought it wasn't going ahead as our Sellers we're delaying slightly but thankfully Lusia was supporting us and was pushing for the sale to go through. Lusia, was the 'go to lady' who was discussing back and forth with our Solicitors and our Sellers Solicitors. We were so thrilled that we got the date as our son at 10 months was able re-join his nursery. We would certainly recommend Stanbra Powell to our friends/family as we were able to find our home through them. Thank-you again Lusia and Martin.

Being new to the housing scene my partner and I were slightly unsure about all that would be involved in buying our first house but Martin was really helpful and answered all of our questions in good time. When he was out viewing properties he always got back to us really quickly as well, he was great at pushing through our house sale as quick as possible including following up with our solicitors regularly.I would recommend Stanbra Powell to anyone looking to buy

I really appreciated how they went the extra mile, along with the local solicitor they recommended for me (and was a perfect fit for my needs, which emphasises why I would suggest listening to their advice).

GoogleWe sold our house through Stanbra Powell during the most difficult time possible. With Corona Virus and lock down, it was certainly challenging. However, Martin and Julie in particular, who handled our sale, were absolutely amazing. Despite very difficult circumstances, the sale was relatively smooth running and the whole team went above and beyond in their duties to us. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you want an estate agent that will give you the best service, then you need to use Stanbra Powell. They are professional, curteous, helpful and extremely kind and understanding. From the initial evaluation right through to completion, I felt looked after and fairly treated. Stanbra Powell are a fantastic team to have on your side. It has been a stressful process, but not because of Stanbra Powell. They have done everything in their power to make this as easy as possible even during the most unusual and trying times we as a nation have ever faced. GoogleWe have just purchased our first home through Stanbra Powell , after using many different estate agents to view properties through we found this the best estate agents by far, they took the time to recommend and guide us every step of the way as first time buyers we needed this to give us the confidence to go ahead and buy.During the viewing our estate agent Lewis was amazing giving us the right amount of space to view the house in our own time whilst being there to answer questions and offer guidance when needed , we didn't feel rushed at all and it definitely helped towards us making the right decision. Also feeling able to contact him at any time throughout the process has been a massive help with any worries we had during the biggest purchase of our lives. We cannot thankyou at Stanbra Powell enough for helping us buy our first home. Expecially to Lewis for all his patience and help .

GoogleEarlier this year, after having sold our home with Stanbra, we hit a very difficult time - our buyer had numerous issues (unfortunate choice of conveyancing / solicitor) if it hadn't been for Adam and Julie, I think I would have lost my mind! Adam was supportive, professional, and went above and beyond to help us - and Julie is one of the most friendly, professional, and tenacious people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with - no matter how many calls I made, I always felt that they wanted to help resolve everything and worked tirelessly to make our move happen! We are now living in our perfect home thanks to them as I'm certain we would have lost it without everything that they did!! I can't recommend Stanbra Powell highly enough!!
