Barclays instructed Legal & General to carry out the property valuation. L&G contacted my agent on 27th May and scheduled the appointment for 5th June, already a considerable delay. Since then, despite it now being 13th June, we are still waiting for the valuation report.

The worst experience ever, legal and general have no regard for their customer once they have your money, have been living through awful conditions for getting on for nearly 2 years and still all they worry about is the sales area and the rest of us have to live in a tip, now they are launching phase 2 when phase 1 is not finished

Complete lack of customer service after they’ve taken your money! A number of emails sent to supposedly senior members of the site team and customer care which are repeatedly ignored. Every encounter I have had post sale has involved having to chase a response. Extremely frustrating and quite frankly dreadful customer service!

At Finchwood park It all started off well and then slowly deteriorated . What was a tidy landscaped site has now become a dumping ground of rubbish ,litter , abandoned fencing , split sand bags , holes left infilled and dead plants and grass . An absolute mess
