The team in Witney went out of their way to assist in a very tricky sale. There are always on hand to liaise between the buyers and both sets of solicitors to get the move completed. They’re just sitting there to loot money. Hardly any service provided. They’ll eat your deposit money for sure. The customers are the only sufferers here, whether you pay a deposit or a reposit. They do not value customer’s money at all. Even after spending 250 on reposit and 400 on end of tenancy cleaning they’re charging 240 extra for dumb reasons.

She did a fantastic job in helping us secure the second home I was looking to buy with my parents. She was so professional and yet also very kind and happy to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable with each step of the sales process. GoogleOur sellers engaged the West Property Consultancy to sell the house we bought. We are delighted that they did. The sale of our house was difficult as the solicitors our buyers engaged were awkward and unwilling to cooperate to get the deal though. They were significantly behind everyone else in the transaction and didn’t seem to want to catch up. The West Property Consultancy (in particular Nikki) was instrumental in getting the deal through. Were it not for a team effort between them and us, the whole chain would have fallen through. I think it’s commendable to have done this in normal circumstances, but during a global pandemic is brilliant. Nikki was extremely knowledgable and worked very hard throughout. Thank god for a common sense approach and an estate agent who understands the legal process rather than just simple act of putting in an offer on a house. We won’t hesitate to use them when/if we sell this house.

GoogleNikki was invaluable during the sale of our house, and ensured the whole process ran as smoothly as possible. She was always easy to get hold of, however we often didn't need to as she had already provided a thorough update. We have used other estate agents in the past, and their level of service didn't come anywhere close to the service that Nikki gave us. I would highly recommend West to anyone who wishes to sell their house.

As a Waterside resident I am disappointed by the inaction of B & B to rectify their mistake in placing a large and totally inappropriate sized bike shed slap bang in front of our houses. The ugliest eyesore imaginable.

There is no doubt in my mind that if we had taken our £1m+ property to any other Estate Agent, then it would not have sold so quickly at the price finally agreed. Through the contacts of Luke Mazonowicz, although the property was marketed, we were able to receive an offer within just a few days of the house being on the market.
