GoogleAmazing properties for short let. Pretty unattentive with tenants though, unfortunately. The small issues I faced when renting with them (e.g. request for a vacuum cleaner to remove myself the dust on the flat) had my emails completely ignored.

STAY AWAY! Penny and Sinclair is complicit in discrimination by landlords towards people on Universal Credit and other benefits. This is despicable and straightforwardly unlawful.
I note you have made this comment on a number of Letting Agents pages and I am sorry you feel this is the case. I can confirm we do not discriminate against tenants on Universal Credit.

Penny & Sinclair claim on their website that they are renowned for quality, excellence and superior customer service. This could not be further from the truth in my experience as an ex-tenant. Their attention to detail and general follow-up to issues raised was poor and unprofessional.
