Fantastic estate agent - really impressed with their professionalism and support. I had the daunting task of trying to find a place in Oxford that met a couple of strict criteria ahead of a year of study at the University. The whole team were very supportive and Emily Rowland in particular went far beyond my normal experience of estate agents in actively helping me find a suitable property. Additionally, once a suitable place had been found, Emily and the team were great during the paper work/ admin part of securing the place. I would recommend them highly.

This is the second time we have dealt with Finders Keepers. Our first experience with the Cowley branch was great with the property manager being very attentive as he knew I had small children. He used to visit on the same day and try to resolve the issue asap. However with this particular branch our dealings have not been so great. We moved in on October 2021. Since moving in, the issues mentioned have not been dealt with. The washing machine was left in an absolute state. After several attempts in getting them to arrange to clean this I had to sort it out myself at my own expense. The house was advertised as unfurnished but we found some furniture. When asked to remove, we were told to arrange storage of the furniture at our own expense. This was later escalated and resolved. The house has damp issues which we were told would be addressed prior to moving in. We have now been advised that any work to the walls can only be done once our tenency ends. I am having to chase up multiple issues. There are still many things unresolved and it's taking a toll on my mental health. Please deal with the issues mentioned in multiple emails and please allow me and my children to actually settle in. I have also previously asked for details on how I can escalate the dissatisfaction with their service but no details are provided. Very disheartened and upset by your service and it's made an already stressful move more stressful.

Stayed at a Finders Keepers property in central Oxford over the past year after moving to the city from elsewhere in the country. The team, particularly out named contact Gabriella, were friendly and welcoming from the first point of contact. They dealt quickly and efficiently with the few issues that arose during our tenancy. From moving in to moving out, all processes ran smoothly. I would strongly recommend the Central Oxford team to both landlords and tenants. They made things easy and are very professional.

Some negative comments made on fully managed services and any follow up maintenance works regarding compliance issues. Due to Covid restrictions it is hard to undertake any works oneself or find suitable trades people. Find the quotes and estimates high for the work involved and the final invoicing increasing without consultation. Bill receipts are not included with the final receipt.PositiveProfessionalism

Our experience with FK so far as tenants is great. Our property manager, Connie, is responsive and professional to our requests. The contractors who work with them are reliable from our experience. Other staffs whom we talked to over emails are also polite and responsive to our queries. During the current Covid pandemic, their staffs also maintained good social distancing protocols from our property visit as potential tenants, to later on offering virtual tenancy inspections. From the first viewing to solving serious problems, they will be there to help and best acommodate your needs. You don't feel like 'just another contract' with them, but an actual human whose needs are met with extreme proffesionalism. They're job isn't over once you've signed and they really do take things next-level during your lease. We chose to stick with them on our second tenancy due to the great job they did with our first. We have Connie as our property manager since our first place, and i couldn't be more grateful for all the quick replies,clarifications and help she's given us with everything we've needed over these many months. My experience with Finders Keepers on Park End Street was well above my expectations. When I saw the house I immediately fell in love with it, but I had 3 pets and knew this would be a problem. The staff at Finders Keepers said they would talk to the landlord, but I had little hope. Thanks to their efforts, I'm now living in that house with my pets.

They are modern day pirates. They charge Goddamn A LOT. If you are an intl student ignorant of rent market rules, they'll eat every drop of your blood like a vampire. They'll give you a false impression that the property is in high demand when it is not popular among locals. They'll put pressure on you to pay the whole rent up front. They'll charge a lot for admin fee. They'll point their fingers here and there and charge you a lot for not keeping the room tidy when you move out. Getting all deposit back is an illusion. Just remember they'll deduct a lot. And also, the rent they charge is always higher than the rent of the same quality properties managed by other agents. If you're patient, wait and see, sometimes they reduce the rent when they cannot find an innocent tenant. AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS.
