GoogleIf I was able to put no Star, I will do that. 0 star This is the worst agency ever, every time when I have a problem or an emergency they send me from on person to another person, they will take few days or few weeks to do something. I suppose to have an inspection this week, I take a day off extra to be able to be home, they changed to next week and day say I just send you an email about the day and the hour, I didn't get any emails, I call them every day to ask about the email and still nothing after 4 days.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.
