My experience with Chancellors during my search for an accommodation was excellent. I received regular calls and received emails with accommodation proposals; finally, I met with Lauren for my viewing , she was so polite and patient in answering all my questions, I am truly grateful and very satisfied with the excellent services offered by Chancellors, Headington.

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal service for those looking to rent. Complete disregard and disinterest in safeguarding the tenants’ rights, they will support the landlord every time. Myself and the four others I lived with have vowed never to deal with Chancellors again, as their attitudes and approach to delivering customer service on the part of the tenant is non existent. They don’t care one iota about your rights as a tenant once they’ve been paid.

GoogleThe service was not the worst, neither was it the best. The person who showed us the property was on her phone texting about 90% of the duration we were there. We asked if the property was managed by Chancellors and she said yes, confidently. This was false; the property is NOT managed by the estate agent. Not as bad as it could be though, because the landlady happens to be nice.

GoogleHorrible experience interacting with this agency. They were extremely rude on the phone, but confirmed that they would accept students. After difficulties booking a viewing, I traveled from another city by train to attend the viewing when they called and told me they didn't accept students afterall unless I could pay 12 months in advance. So I turned around and got back on the train to head home after wasting time and money to get there. So angry at the incompetence and unprofessionalism.

GoogleChancellors is one of the best property agent for all your needs whether to let or to manage yours. In our case we have been struggling so much to get a house for months. After so much of searching we finally have successfully made it. We highly recommend them, especially our case was handled by Tiago Goncalves, who have been a life saver. GoogleSelling my house has been a particularly stressful time for me as it coincided with moving cities, jobs, and friends. I chose Chancellors as I had bought through them 9 years ago with no problems. The whole process with its inevitable hurdles has been without issue regarding Chancellors, who worked on resolutions throughout. I've spoken with all at the Headington branch as one, everyone knowing the details of my case, meaning there was no waiting for one person to become available, and received the same cordiality and effectiveness every time. This was particularly reassuring and impressive. A particular deep nod of appreciation to Alex who dealt with me at my most agitated times. Excellent work. A very strong recommendation from me.

GoogleAfter suffering the loss of a parent, I had the difficult task, of selling the family home of more than 50 years. As you can imagine, an emotional time. After having a number of estate agents view the property, I met Angela from Chancellors and on first impressions felt, that she was the right person to handle the sale. After a conversation with my sisters, we outlined a number of restrictions, that made Angela's job very difficult. All the way through the sale, including a couple of last minute collapses, right through finding the perfect buyers, who ticked all our requests. It wasn't easy, but we were very well supported throughout. Once again thank you Angela and the team.
