Although the initial booking of viewings proved to be a little slow, the application process has been dealt with swiftly. The staff dealing with my application have been very helpful and always provide the necessary information when asked. Although we did not end up purchasing a property through Chancellors it was a real pleasure speaking and working with Charlotte throughout our house hunt.
