GoogleMy wife and I did not have a great deal of time to organise our business with Chancellors, but Andrew Y. could not have been more helpful, nor more efficient. He guided us through all the relevant paperwork, was extremely patient when we had yet another question for him and displayed a refreshing common sense throughout the whole process; definitely a 5 star service.

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

GoogleThroughout quite a prolonged house finding process, Chancellors were consistently helpful and very speedy in responding to emails and requests for further information. They were often able to fit viewings in at short notice, at awkward times. Chris Kilkenny, who we dealt with throughout the process, was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient, and never anything less than completely professional from beginning to end.

She has been thoroughly professional throughout, as well as in possession of the kind of personal qualities that could sell snow to an Eskimo. FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.
