GoogleJulian Dando was a joy to work with. My husband and I needed a flat for immediate occupancy, and Julian was quite mindful of our desire to move quickly. He was very fast to respond to my initial inquiry about a property, scheduled a viewing the same day, and we had an application submitted a day later. He also was accessible for questions throughout the application process, and was very patient with us.

GoogleHad a terrible experience with Chancellor's. The costumer service and organisation was terrible. Not to mention the flat was left in a extremely bad way when we moved in! Would advise people not to use their services. Disappointed is an understatement!

Mr. Payne is the best estate agent I came across in Surrey. His communication skills and manners are excellent, but what makes Roy stand out the most is his friendliness and that he cares about his customers.
