Amazing experience. I bought a new flat with Breackon & Breackon. The process was smooth without any surprises. The staff is well aware of all the details and what is needed to make it easy and peaceful for you. I never had a delayed answer and they solve all of the issues during the process. Through the process the case manager changed and I was worried about gaps in the handover but they've done such a wonderful job that I didn't even notice the change of the case manager. They've guided and assisted me through the whole process of making my dreams come true that's why I would suggest Breackon & Breackon again and again.

Appalling service from management and sales teams. The sales team was very unresponsive and let the sale of my apartment drag on for months longer than they needed to be. The management team were also very poor and continue to bill me even though I moved out in July and have explained that. They claim this is completely out of their hands and were extremely rude and dismissive.

Mike mentioned £130 for move out. I just add that they charge £240 for move in. Indeed, modern day pirates. Also, they show no concern or sympathy to students. If you're intl student or manual worker or single parent, even worse. If you're vulnerable or ignorant of rent market rules, it's your fault, not theirs. Best properties always go to those privileged and those who have first-hand info. They don't care about your being desperate to find a new home.

Do not do business with these people. Untrustworthy, sleazy and disrespectful. If I could, I’d give 0 stars. We were looking for our first home. We found a lovely cottage but after placing an offer, we got that rejected. We moved on and continued with our search. It was a month later when they contacted us again, saying that the other buyer was “crazy and unreliable”. They would call you late Friday afternoon and would refuse to write anything down in an email. Non-the-less, we looked through the poor communication and unprofessional behaviour, as we wanted the house. Little did we know, that the vendor will soon also be called “crazy and unreliable”. Despite twice daily calls for three weeks straight, we felt that we were the middle man between the agent and vendor plus the estate agent’s psychotherapist. Eventually, we had to pull out of the purchase as frankly we got fed up with such treatment. I know there are some positive reviews here, but you wonder what these people are saying about you behind your back.

Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful experiences you’ll encounter right? Yup, glad you agree. I lined up a very straightforward purchase through Breckon & Breckon but with the effects of Covid it became tricky and turbulent. But with Lucy at Breckon guiding the way supported by Chris, we navigated the complications brilliantly. Though the agents have the interests of the seller at the forefront, I always felt that they balanced this perfectly with me. Informative and communicative all the way through the process, they managed the detail brilliantly. And an added bonus was the bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected the keys. Their attention to all of the details even extended to the Champagne being chilled, ready to pop the cork and drink immediately after crossing the threshold of our new home - just like it should be. Phoebe and Rachel have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we moved in there was even a welcome hamper full of treats waiting for us, something we've never had with any other estate agent! We had a problem with the shower on the first day, and B&B immediately sent round a plumber (John), who was equally charming and professional and got right on the case. The property was rented during the uncertainties of the Pandemic period in Sep 2021, even so, Breckon was able to complete rental formalities within 8 days. Responses to maintenance issues were efficient and effective. Check out was made very smooth and easy. I would say one of the rare "trouble free' experience I have had with an Estate Agent.
