Robbie, Rebecca and team have spent the last 6-7 months selling our flat, and I cannot thank them enough for the amount of time and effort they put into selling our property. GoogleWe started our property search last week. We came across a property on Rightmove which was managed by Andrews. We expressed our interest and requested a viewing on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received a call from Anisa Haque for basic details about us for the purposes of renting this property and she was swift to book our viewing the very next day. Our entire viewing experience was lovely. Most importantly, the house was in the exact same condition or should I say even better than the photos displayed online, which just shows how genuine they are in terms on providing service. Anisa was polite, kind and knowledgeable. She patiently answered any questions we had since this was our first house we were going to rent. (We had a million questions 😊) It has been exactly one week since viewing now and we are done with all the formalities and just awaiting our check-in date to get the keys for the property. We are super excited to move in. 😃 Both, my wife and I, would definitely recommend Andrews and Anisa Haque. 👍

My experience with Andrews Property Group, is the best I have ever had. From the viewing of the Property till we moved in. On the 12th December 2025. They constant updates us, they're clearly communication was top notch. The assistant with the energy uses, water and council tax link really helps us.i will forever recommend Andrews Property especially lady Louise. The lady is soo professional, patient, calm and know her job very well. Thank you Andrews Property for helping us to get our dream home and environment. No stress at all. My first time I have stressless moving in Uk, all thanks to lady Louise and the Andrews Property Group company. My partner was shocked how fast the Andrews Property Group got us the Apartment. With 72 hours everything is down and we are waiting for the move in date which was 12th December this month.

We have rented out a flat for several years now and Andrews have always managed the property for us with great professionalism . After a year struggling with a difficult and demanding tenant we were unsure whether to relet or sell . Andrews were very supportive and we opted to rent again . Thanks to the efficiency of the team , we have new tenants ready to move in within a month of the previous one leaving . We have been impressed by everyone but Anisa Haque has been excellent . Her response is quick , her approach is friendly and her knowledge level is high . We are very happy with the service we have received

A delightfully refreshing great experience from the first viewing of our rental home, to getting our rental home, moving in and beyond. A charming team of honest, straight forward, super helpful kind people made the entire experience a pleasure. Andrews Lettings are a very easy and very friendly letting agency. My tenancy is coming to an end and Greg sent me an email to let me know we also spoke on the phone as it was much easier to renew my tenancy. Greg was so friendly, polite end very fast and efficient in getting everything sent over to me my tenancy was renewed today as I am writing this positive review. We only spoke yesterday so a very quick response time. I highly recommend Andrew’s letting agency and I highly recommend Greg for his quick response in dealing with important things.

I was looked after by Nick Woore, who was extremely responsive and professional. We originally agreed the sale in November, but unfortunately we lost our buyer. The original agreement then fell through but when we managed to sell our house Nick very kindly renegotiated with his seller and resurrected the deal. We have now exchanged contracts and everything is sealed. I would like to thank Nick for his communication throughout and would highly recommend the service.

Andrews appear to have recently reorganised their operational structure for the lettings and management side of their business. A gret improvement. You are now easily able to contact relevant personnel direct, to discuss and resolve any issues. The individual personal service, help and advice offered by Jennifer Jones at their regional property services office in Headington, Oxford was first class. This involved several issues prior to Christmas period, where seperate call outs for both plumbing and heating, were dealt with promptly and efficiently, with the minimum of inconvenience for my long standing tenant. More recently, legal advice and help on a tenancy contract was given with equal professionalism.

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.
