I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Everyone at the agency that I have spoken to were 5* with me, and they were always available to help.

Working with Jean-Pierre and Di was a delight. We all know how stressful renting a property can be, particularly during these times, but they really made the process smooth and easy for us. Their great communication and their honesty (something you rarely find with estate agents) were what impressed us most. Both my flatmate and I are very grateful to them both and would recommend their service to anyone!

Excellent Customer Service. Brian who organised the sale was always on hand to answer queries and my property was put up for sale very quickly. Brian fully supported me throughout the sale, particularly liaising with both mine and the buyers' solicitors to ensure everything was on track and that we were ready for completion. GoogleFive stars for Ian and Saqib at Andrews in Headington. They were supportive and responsive from the outset, when Ian came to tell us about Andrews' services when we were thinking of selling our home, through to a post-completion phone call. In between, they were always swift to respond to any questions we had and kept both us and the buyers informed along the way. The electronic system used worked well for the booking of viewings and for receiving feedback about the house, but we also appreciated the added personal touch of the communications directly with Saqib and Ian, keeping us up to date. The fact that our home sold quickly helps to foster this rather rosy view, I'm sure, but it was certainly not the only factor leading me to leave a 5 star review.

Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.
