GoogleInefficient, irresponsible unprofessional, and misleading staff, particularly the letting negotiator. I feel cheated the way the letting negotiator handled my application. He was aware of requirements and my interests in the property I viewed recently. He even assured me that he is sure of making this. However, he was not prompt enough and least bothered to make the deal. Simply wasted my time and effort on viewing several properties from Andrews. Andrews's sole aim is to make money and more money. Very disappointed by the services I received from Andrews team.

GoogleAt the end of my tenancy I accidentally returned my keys with some personal keychains attached (of sentimental value). It was impossible to contact them via the phone number on Google as it went to voicemail even during normal business hours - and several other phone numbers from their emails/correspondence yielded the same result. I made several phone calls across multiple days and left 3 different voicemail messages, all of which were not replied to. I finally managed to speak to a senior employee as part of the end of tenancy team and arranged a time to come to collect my keychains and an Andrews employee failed to turn up despite me being promised that someone would do so. Never mind that, no one even turned up all day at the branch during stated COVID business hours. I made another appointment the next week but then was called that morning that my keychains were nowhere to be found and I was to assume the inventory clerk had discarded them. If I had been a potential new tenant, I'm not sure I would even have been able to contact anyone at Andrews to even register an interest for their properties or to arrange a viewing. I would advise avoiding Andrews Headington - unless you enjoy being ignored.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

There could not be a bad word to be said about the service that Mukul provided my family and I. Despite the ups and downs of the process of moving house, Mukul remained informative and knowledgeable, in constant contact with updates, proactive in seeking different solutions and was a source of reassurance throughout the long process.
