An honest 1st class experience

A delightfully refreshing great experience from the first viewing of our rental home, to getting our rental home, moving in and beyond. A charming team of honest, straight forward, super helpful kind people made the entire experience a pleasure. The house was a quality find and the attention to detail to all those things to ease stress was beyond my expectations after previous experience with another estate agent with many more years experience! Shamiya was waiting for me at the property, and was friendly and informative. I did not put an offer in for the place she showed me as ultimately I decided it was too far from my kids school. This was no reflection on shamiya, who was very professional. When I booked the viewing, this was done with another colleague of Shamiya’ who was equally friendly and professional. Property manager is not supportive and administrative support is not adequate

I was informed that the arrears are outstanding on my account and I must pay the invoice within 7 days. Otherwise, a fee of £75 plus vat will be added to my service charge account . My question is why there is no prior notification (either letter or email) of this invoice amount and details. I was so shocked to receive this warning letter all of a sudden. Moreover, they removed my Utilities Account in the Myblockman website and I am unable to check any outstanding amounts in my account by myself. It is a shame.

As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our mortgage broker Michelle Pearson was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us.The process of finding the right house was very stressful but the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage and life cover has been so straight forward that, at times, we were worried it was all a bit too smooth! My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

Me and my family were being kicked out of the house and were really struggling to find a house and we went on rightmove and applied for this one house which was absolutely perfect for us, I applied for it in the morning and my mum got a call around an hour or less later and we had got our first viewing, my mum mentioned how her and an estate agent called Jodi had got on so well and we all had such high hopes, the viewing came along and we fell inlove with the house and Jodi was so amazing and helpful, we mentioned how we now have a puppy and we started to lose hope and then we got a call the weekend after and we were told we got the house.
