GoogleI don't know if this is the worst agency ever or is just the Oxford team. It's the second time when we try to see a property and every time we had to call them 3 times so they would send us the address. First time I was rational , saying maybe they are busy. But it happened again after a while, and after calling them twice and still no answer I decided that they worth the bother. So I definitely won't recommend this agency to anyone.

Katie Maggs was excellent, especially when my conveyancers were slightly delayed, things didn't seem to be moving or if I had any questions that weren't explained by my conveyancers and assumed I would know specific details as a first time buyer.
