During our complicated and stressful sale Richard was extremely efficient and helpful at all times and worked really hard to progress the sale as quickly as possible. For me personally it was very important that Arins didn't use black PR to sell their service to us - the sellers - when we invited them to our home for valuation, like some other agencies did. And, of course, love the fact that all viewings were conducted of a very high standard. GoogleBest estate agent we have ever used! We have moved a few times now and I can say without hesitation that Arins were brilliant. We had our house on the market with another agent fora few months and didn't receive any offers (not even a cheeky low one), went on the market with Arins and we accepted an offer within a few weeks. They really put the effort into getting in sold, where this had been lacking with the previous agent. Arins even found us the house that we ended up purchasing too when we had been struggling to find anything suitable. From start to finish everyone that we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and professional and they all worked hard to make sure that everything was pushed through as quickly and smoothly as it could have been. I would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

GoogleSold my flat within 6 weeks of getting it on the market. The valuation was on point. I would recommend as Arins has a very good local knowledge of tilehurst and surrounding areas. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but honestly my eagerness to sell as well made the process seem cumbersome but at the end it was only on the market for 6 weeks and they sold it. Would recommend. Richard and Jamie were very supportive in managing the conveyancing as well.

Having previously dealt with other estate agents who were ineffective at best, these guys were a welcome breath of fresh air from start to finish. Arins both marketed and sold our property swiftly for a great price as well as found us our wonderful new family home that was both on brief and on budget. They are proactive, highly professional and were always supportive and friendly. They were superb at pushing the whole process through and went far above and beyond expectation to remove any blockers from getting in our way. James, in particular, took what is a stressful process and made it as seamless and pain-free as he could, with regular contact with us and tenacity in chasing other parties when needed. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

James mostly dealt with my purchase and despite an extremely difficult process, with many issues along the way, he worked tirelessly to get everything done. Without all the hard work and dedication I believe the whole process would've fallen through and been significantly higher stress than it was. GoogleAfter using different estate agents over 2 years with only a handful of viewings without any offers I decided to give Arins at Tilehurst a try. Trying to sell a leasehold over 55s only retirement flat is always going to be difficult. Within a week after Ryan came to inspect the flat and take photos and a video we have had constant viewings. We soon had a buyer and we are just waiting for exchange and completion. I cannot thank Arins enough for their first class service and professional attitude to their clients.
