We have just bought and sold through Arins Tilehurst and the team were fantastic. They were very flexible and accommodating when booking us in to view the property last minute. They were able to answer any questions we had about the property and also kept us updated during the negotiation stage. Within a week, our property was also listed with them and after a very busy day of viewings, we had accepted an offer, above our price expectations, within 2 weeks of marketing starting. We were also given detailed feedback from each of the viewers. Throughout the Sales Progression stage, Chrissie was definitely on top of things. We received daily updates on progress of not just our transactions but also the rest of the chain. With this communication, we were able to proceed to completion within just 8 weeks of the chain closing. Thanks once again to all the team at Arins Tilehurst for getting us on the move so quickly.

The worst agency in Reading. They sold our property to a 20 year old inmature kid, who wasted our time for 5 months and pulled out, ONE week before completion after trying to re-negotiate. Instead of supporting us through this, we felt Arins is supporting the buyer therefore we decided not to work with them anymore. After this we received threatening calls, emails that we have to give 21 days notice. However their sole rights ended long time ago but tried to make our life even worse while they should have brought in a legit buyer and supporting us not the buyer. I suggest a class to attend about differences on Buying/Selling.

I’ve just sold my third property through Arins and I can highly recommend them compared to other estate agents I’ve used previously. We initially had the property listed with another agent for almost six months and had over 80 viewings with no offers. After a while, we decided to give Arins a try and I’m really glad we did. Within three weeks we had three offers and the house sold very quickly. The support from Chrissie in the sales progression team has been absolutely amazing throughout. Not only is Chrissie really bubbly and easy to deal with, she’s also incredibly efficient. You never have to chase her and you can always rely on her to follow things up. She’s genuinely one of the most proactive people I’ve dealt with in any professional capacity. Not to set a precedent, but even though Chrissie works three days a week, if something is urgent she still follows things up on her non-working days. That level of commitment is rare and very much appreciated. The only thing I could critique about Arins is that sometimes there can be slightly differing views from the estate agents on what your property is worth. That said, you have to respect that they deal with houses in the area day in, day out, and it’s well worth listening to their advice. All in all, dealing with Arins has made what is traditionally a stressful experience far less stressful. They have the capacity to manage your listing properly and I’d argue they have the best sales progression team of any estate agent in Reading.
