GoogleHorrible experience trying to sell our property. We were lied to from the very start. Monks blamed other agents in the chain but we were paying them to know what was happening on our behalf. 7 months and endless stress to achieve a sale.

GoogleAwful experience, terrible service, filled in application, was told I would be rang, wasn't, went in, told the same again, never heard anything, the viewing of the property itself was very professional though

GoogleFrom start to finish, this was a smooth and efficient experience. Monks (both Beth and Ethan) were exceptional, being informative and reliable at every stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleSelling our house with Monks. Great service, in particular from Beth and Chris. Dynamic on-line tools which enable on-line walk through viewing are impressive.
