GoogleI only have positive things to say after dealing with Beth Griffiths at Monks. What should have been a plain sailing house purchase turned into quite the opposite due to our solicitors, but Beth had so much patience throughout the whole process and did everything she could possibly do to help. She was always only a phone call or email away. I can quite confidently say that if I ever need an estate agent in the future Beth at Monks would be my first port of call, I would highly recommend to anyone else as well. GoogleI cannot praise Monks Estate Agents highly enough. They have done everything that they said they would do. Sold my late mothers house through Monks and they gave me a very satisfactory sales figure of which they said that they were pretty sure they could get for me. Initially got three quotes from various Agents and the two others undervalued the property, so, very pleased with Monks. Beth from the Oswestry office was very efficient and kept me informed throughout the sales process. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thank you very much.

She went out of her way to help us and honestly at one point if it wasn't for Beth, the sale probably wouldn't have gone through.
