Don't normally bother doing reviews but I cannot praise Suzanne Jordan & Donna Leeson at Ossett branch enough for what seemed to be the most difficult and longest chain in history. The perseverance they both showed at times when all seemed lost is an absolute credit to them both. Would highly recommend and will definitely use RK again in the future as long as Suzanne or Donna are employed there. 10/10 *****

From the start of our house move journey everything was going to plan and very smoothly and we had a buyer with in 48 hours of putting our house on the market, Sophie would continuously keep me updated and was on hand to answer any questions that we had. In the middle of January we had some very sad news that we had lost our baby and I had to have a life saving operation. The week of my return home from hospital we had to make a decision to move out of our property as there was some complications with one of the sellers in the chain and if we didn’t move then the whole chain was about to collapse. From the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful for how Sophie dealt with the whole situation, she took over everything for us and really took the pressure and stress away from us allowing us to grieve our loss and focus on my recovery. I am usually the one who would deal with these situations but due to been very unwell my partner had to take over, Sophie explained everything to him and reassured him and went above and beyond for us both. If we hadn’t of received the amazing service and care that we did I don’t think we would be moving into our new home with the situation that we are in because that would have been too much to handle on our own. Thank you so much Richard Kendall , Sophie you have been amazing and you are an asset to the company. I really do hope that this reaches your manager and you get the recognition that you deserve.

We just sold our house using Richard Kendall. We felt they offered a realistic and fair valuation as they know the WakefieldMarket so well. This helped us get a good amount of viewings and interest. Once we had an offer, Joanne and Amanda at the Wakefield office were really helpful, and kept us informed and made contact with the relevant people. We really appreciated this, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange and completion. It was the first time we had sold a property and appreciated the support at each step. I received the paperwork needed but had numerous problems with the property and was told they weren't resolved as they could not gain access which is a lie...the only time access was denied was if I was not in at the time or due to covid......the tenancy agreement was also changed without my knowledge

FacebookSo many negatives but let me share my experience as it as been nothing but great. park row couldn't spell kitchen when we used them and the sales listing was appauling. we called Richard kendall and they re valued and listed our property very quick for a better fee and it sold in less than a week great from start to finish so much so that we are using them again to list our current house fantastic again they understand the property and what we have done and we no they will do a great job again. Thanks
