GoogleEveryone was nice and polite on the phone and helpful, but we have been quite disappointed in a few aspects though. We did feel the our house was massively overvalued to start with, but trusted the expertise of the agent. We have had to drop the price twice and now after we want to use a different agent we have been told we have to wait 28 days, which is frustrating.

We had a a purchaser give backword quite a way into the process, but the staff at Richard Kendall were enthusiastic and patient and continued to market and promote the property until we eventually sold it at a price that was satisfactory for us.
