We sold our home through Firmin and Co (Orton Branch) and can not recommend them enough. Lee , Michelle and the rest of the team were absolutely fanatic and they went above and beyond to sell our property. Even when things went a bit pear shape (no fault of theirs) they were on hand to give very helpful advice and were able to step in when needed. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them again if we move again.

We didn’t buy a house with firmin but we are using Jonathan Lang as our mortgage advisor and he’s just been amazing from the start. On our initial phone conversation he was very honest and professional-you can tell he really takes pride in his job and he doesn’t rush you on the phone if you have lots of questions. As first time buyers it’s a daunting experience but he’s just been so supportive. We also went to see him at his office to fill in some paperwork and again he was so welcoming, honest and just so down to earth. He spent way longer with us than I think he anticipated but again we didn’t feel rushed. The deal he got us on the mortgage was also very very competitive, we researched how much we could borrow and repay if we did it ourselves and it doesn’t come close to the deal he got us. He kept us informed the whole way through and never too busy to answer calls or emails. We didn’t feel at all unwelcome even though we didn’t buy from them so if you need a broker please see Jonathan! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Thanks, Simon and Oksana

Firmin & Co were excellent at keeping us informed all through the process of the sale of our house, Lee gave us honest advice and feedback through the sale process. Lee and the staff were always helpful and friendly when ever we made contact with them. They made sure all viewings were accompanied by a member of staff. We would have to say that out of all the estate agents we dealt with during the sale of our property Firmin & Co were the best of all of them. Lee and Jamie from the Orton Waterville office really went above and beyond for our sale and purchase. They were in constant contact from start to finish and even handled my stressed out phone calls in a calm manner. They really helped the whole process move along and were not at any point pushy. I find other estate agents really focused on the sales side of things and not the actual customer, this was the complete opposite for lee and the team. Every one has been so friendly and really made me Feel at ease. I would highly recommend them, especially if you want that more personal touch.

Excellent service all around! We recently sold a property through the Orton Waterville branch and cannot fault the service. Communication was prompt and we were always given time to talk over any issues, staff were efficient at progressing the sale, a buyer was found quickly and a realistic price achieved. So back in December I instructed Sharman Quinney to sell our property and they were very quick to sign us up to there trap, we was stuck in for 5 months. ( they don’t tell you this) In March after only having 4 viewings and no offers I decided enough was enough and payed to get out of the contract. That’s when I got in touch with Firmin & CO, After I had a good conversation with James he popped round to introduce himself formally and explained that if we didn’t sell he wouldn’t charge us anything and he hoped to sell the property quickly as he had a big portfolio of people ! WOW he wasn’t wrong in the first day of going live we had 7 viewings booked and within a week we had SOLD ….. With 2 offers… James Karen Elsa and the Team are fantastic at what they do if I could give 100 stars I would.
