GoogleVery poor at communicating and also one viewing in 14 weeks,also when we tried to remove our property from market they kept telling us that their systems were down which cannot be true because you are uploading properties on to the portals.We will also he reporting them to the ombudsman as we have sent numerous emails which are ignored and several phone calls which we have several different excuses as to why the property has been removed from sale.I do not recommend anyone use firmin and co unless to want your property to not sell and be lied to.

GoogleI have been in communication with Jamie at Firmin Orton Waterville as we were on the market to buy a house as first-time buyers. I had a painfully long list of requirements that I was looking for in a house which I explained to Jamie during my first call to him. He listened, as I found out later by his most relevant property recommendations. I was not spammed by house recommendations that had nothing to do with what I wanted, as most real estate agents do. Instead, Jamie personally sent me houses that best aligned with my requirements and explained the reasons for choosing each. I found Jamie to be engaging, extremely honest, patient and to care that the client finds the ideal home they are searching for. Highly recommend Firmin & Co. Orton Waterville and Jamie.

GoogleWe sold our home through Firmin and Co (Orton Branch) and can not recommend them enough. Lee , Michelle and the rest of the team were absolutely fanatic and they went above and beyond to sell our property. Even when things went a bit pear shape (no fault of theirs) they were on hand to give very helpful advice and were able to step in when needed. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them again if we move again.

GoogleWe didn’t buy a house with firmin but we are using Jonathan Lang as our mortgage advisor and he’s just been amazing from the start. On our initial phone conversation he was very honest and professional-you can tell he really takes pride in his job and he doesn’t rush you on the phone if you have lots of questions. As first time buyers it’s a daunting experience but he’s just been so supportive. We also went to see him at his office to fill in some paperwork and again he was so welcoming, honest and just so down to earth. He spent way longer with us than I think he anticipated but again we didn’t feel rushed. The deal he got us on the mortgage was also very very competitive, we researched how much we could borrow and repay if we did it ourselves and it doesn’t come close to the deal he got us. He kept us informed the whole way through and never too busy to answer calls or emails. We didn’t feel at all unwelcome even though we didn’t buy from them so if you need a broker please see Jonathan! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Thanks, Simon and Oksana

Lee and the staff were always helpful and friendly when ever we made contact with them. They made sure all viewings were accompanied by a member of staff. We would have to say that out of all the estate agents we dealt with during the sale of our property Firmin & Co were the best of all of them. GoogleLee and Jamie from the Orton Waterville office really went above and beyond for our sale and purchase. They were in constant contact from start to finish and even handled my stressed out phone calls in a calm manner. They really helped the whole process move along and were not at any point pushy. I find other estate agents really focused on the sales side of things and not the actual customer, this was the complete opposite for lee and the team. Every one has been so friendly and really made me Feel at ease. I would highly recommend them, especially if you want that more personal touch.

GoogleExcellent service all around! We recently sold a property through the Orton Waterville branch and cannot fault the service. Communication was prompt and we were always given time to talk over any issues, staff were efficient at progressing the sale, a buyer was found quickly and a realistic price achieved. The sale took longer than usual to complete because of outside influences, but we felt supported throughout and very confident in our Agents. I would have no hesitation in using Firmin & Co again.
