Lucy, Debbie and Breda are an absolute joy to work with. My late mother's house went on the market in October 2022 just before the changes in Prime Minister and the subsequent financial chaos that ensued. For these reasons, together with two failed sales and a neighbour dispute, the house sale took decidedly longer than originally anticipated, with completion finally taking place in February 2024. However, throughout it all, the ladies at Linay & Shipp remained friendly, polite, supportive and optimistic, going above and beyond to assist with the sale. As the house was unoccupied, they spent many hours accompanying potential buyers as they revisited time and again in order to obtain building estimates etc.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Linay & Shipp. During the sale of our property, we found everyone we had any dealings with at Linay & Shipp to be knowledgeable, efficient, business like yet also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. At the initial appointment Breda showed herself to be very knowledgeable about properties in the area, current valuations and trends. Breda gave sound advice on the most effective way to market our property to achieve a sale price we would be very happy with. She proved to be right, as a sale was agreed within a day. As the sale progressed Debbie also proved to be extremely helpful and gave sound advice and, along with Breda, kept us updated throughout the process. We highly recommend Linay & Shipp.
