We would like to thank Linay & Shipp team as they were very responsive and efficient. Particularly Breda Phipps in the sales team who had provided an excellent service during the sale and purchase process.In just 48 hours our house was under STC. Before viewing started, Breda collected all the information so that she was able to provide response to the queries of the potential buyers.During purchase process, Breda was very supportive and provided answer to all our queries. Even after our move to the new property she personally visited to confirm everything is fine.

When we have decided to sell our house, we knew we can trust the same Estate agent we used to purchase it. It was the right decision. Debbie is a professional with extensive knowledge of the local market that I cannot praise highly enough. The entire team of Linay & Shipp made it a stress-free experience from getting the house on the market, organizing viewing, and later Helen following with the sale and formalities. During the busy time working from home, kids home learning and organizing move abroad to have someone you can trust with sale from Linay& Shipp was a blessing. Thank you!

FacebookThe Best Estate Agent in Orpington! We sold our house through Linay & Shipp in December 2020 and were extremely pleased with the service we received from the outset. Debbie was friendly and professional when we discussed the valuation, terms, photos and description, the viewings were booked by ‘phone and confirmed by email and the majority accompanied, so we knew exactly where we were. Once we had accepted an offer on our house, Helen, their sales progressor, took over. We were kept up to date every step of the way, I really cannot thank Helen enough for her help, advice and patience, she saw that everything was taken care of, checking on the chain, chasing our solicitor and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. After probably the most stressful week of our lives, we exchanged and completed in just over a week and have finally made it to our dream home by the sea. We said 24 years ago when we bought our house from Linay & Shipp that we’d never move again, but this time we really mean it! If it hadn’t been for Helen keeping it all together, I don’t think we’d have made it! I honestly cannot recommend the team at Linay & Shipp highly enough, they are absolutely amazing!

Really great experience from start to finish. Took great pictures of our property which were realistic. Found a buyer for us straight away. Were always available when we had a question or a query. Helpful, knowledgeable and whilst I hope not to move again for a longtime I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other people.
