GoogleWe sold our house with the Haart Orpington. At first, we were very happy with the service, however after the house was sold, support was very weak. Our sail was very complicated, the solicitor's company that we were recommended by Haart made our life a real nightmare. Unfortunately, we haven't gotten much support from Haart's team. On another hand, support from the other agency was really great. I was receiving an update (about our sale) from the agency that we were buying from, rather than from the Haart. We nearly went on holiday during the week when our buyer's mortgage agreement was about to expire. We found out about it from another agency. I think Haart Orpington, should spend a bit more time and money to give proper training to the team. And the MOST IMPORTANT, DO NOT USE DC Law, this is a law company that Haart may recommend you to go with. I cannot believe how awful the experience has been.

GoogleI called in to try and book in a property viewing but instead was asked for an unreasonable amount of information (including my deposit and how much my AIP was worth) and was promptly signed up to receive emails from Haart regarding new properties, which is not why I called in. When I then tried to steer back to booking in the property viewing I was given no concrete answer, just a suggestion it would be on a Monday or Tuesday before 6. So after calling in to book a property viewing I had been signed up for a mailing list first, and then given no viewing after. I wouldn't be upset at this if there was a clarification that I would be being signed up to receive new properties listings, but it was propositioned as though I had to give this information in order to be able to book the viewing I wanted, but then no viewing date/time was given to me, so in all it felt more like a phishing attempt than a helpful interaction. I have since called back up and asked all my details be deleted from the system as per GDPR rules, however when doing this the person on the phone (Mahajar, or something to that effect, apologies I didn't quite catch it) then started to argue with me as to my reasoning. When I then said I wasn't upset with her but I would just like my information removed she then only said "okay" and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service, I imagine the rest of the estate agency isn't this bad but I was very disappointed with the service I received on the phone. Would warn people to stay away as it felt more like a phishing call than one getting a viewing booked in.
