He and Philippa assisted their client, the vendor, liased with solicitors of both parties and helped enormously to move the conveyancing process through to completion. After we found a property Philippa always answered our queries and emails promptly and kept the purchase progressing and David was able to reassure us in his calm and professional manner. GoogleWe have been looking for a property to renovate in Orpington area and Alan De Maid team has been really helpful. They understand our need and alway try their best to accommodate our needs be it arranging viewings or talking to the vendors on our behalf. GoogleSpoke to Oliver trying to book a viewing on a property and he seems to be blocking the viewing which is really bizarre. He claims to run the branch but i struggle to believe that based on his attitude, i feel sorry for the landlord trying to rent his empty property!
