I have renting a property through Ryder and Dutton for several years. During that time I have dealt with Ms Sarah Green who has been, and continues to be, and excellent agent. Very little has needed attention but Sarah has organised everything quickly. The Landlord has also been very cooperative. All in all my dealing with Ryder and Dutton has been remarkable!

Helpful, Efficient, Friendly and Proactive

Renting my house was easy and quick with the help of Rachael Howard-Cofield, Ellouise Dagnall and Joshua Albanese. Rachael was extremely helpful and always kept me updated throughout the process. Rachael would always get back to me within an hour of my email and helped move the process along very quickly. She was always very polite and friendly and was a pleasure to talk to. Ellousie was very efficient when sending over our contracts making sure everything was done as quicky as possible for us. Josh was very friendly when showing us around the house and when giving us the keys he took his time to show us where all the metres are and other useful information etc. Josh also did our inventories which were very detailed. I would highly recommend using Ryder and Dutton, all of the staff that helped us were extremely reliable and friendly. These staff members are a credit to the company!

Fantastic Service

Rachael Hilton and Daniel Parkinson have made my and my partners experience in renting our first home very positive and professional. Appalling service!

Appalling service!This company should be shut down.Booked a viewing nearly 3 weeks ago was told the 2nd March was the earliest they could do. No available staff which I questioned on two further phone calls.Been told today the property is sold even though I had been told only a week ago no other viewings have taken place or are booked we will be next to view.To then be told someone viewed 4 days after we enquired.To then check and see the property was updated as sold on right move days ago, so another lie told today about when the offer was made.Third time this has happened across other ryder and dutton offices with other viewings over the past 2 yrs Blatantly they are deciding who can and can not buy the houses they list. Please if you are a seller use any other company I will refuse now to ever view a property with this company and will be reporting them there conduct is not legal or professional

Great lettings advice!

After having trouble with previous tenants we looked at the possibility of using a lettings agent to provide support should the need arise again.We were attended to by a lady called Gabrielle. A bottle house from you people read in Denton they didn’t tell anything wrong in the house. There’s when we bought the house we went there and we see there’s so many like door is not closing. Lock is not proper. The window is broken. They should tell us before.

We recently sold my parent’s house and completed the sale yesterday . We can’t thank Lindsey Power enough for her kindness and professionalism. The team at the Chadderton branch were really responsive and very patient with me constantly wanting updates from a very slow sale. Lewis gave his advice on an approach for marketing which resulted in an offer on the first day it was viewed. He also took photos of the property which really did help present the property at its best.James kept me updated with me progress with the buyer who had unexpected issues which made the sale much slower than anticipated. Amazing customer service from start to finish! We dealt with Matthew and he was outstanding. Great Communication and Service

We sold our house through Ryder and Dutton this year. We dealt with Lewis initially on valuing and listing the house. Then during the viewings and sale we liaised with Leon. The communication we received throughout was great, which we really appreciated due to issues in our chain. There were times when I thought the sale would fall through, but Leon worked hard to ensure that things were resolved and we eventually managed to close the sale. Our buyers team of solicitors and estate agents were useless and I really believe if it wasn't for Leon, then we likely would have ended up losing our sale. So I'd like to thank the team for helping us throughout the process.

Zoe Waterhouse and Geraldine Marsden from the Ryder and Dutton Mossley estate agents were great from the start of buying our house right until the end. Zoe was always available no matter when I rang, even at weekend. If for some reason she wasn’t Geraldine was. They were great at keeping on top of everything and chasing people up when needed. We also got a lovely welcome to your new home gift box when I picked up the keys. I would highly recommend them and would use again in the future.
