A very professional team.

It was a long and tiring journey between marketing our house and completion of sale but throughout the Ryder and Dutton team kept us updated with every twist and turn. Many of the team helped us at one point or another but special mention to Jade who was constantly 'on the ball' with her quick responses to all of our (many) queries. Hats off, too, to Michela beavering away on our behalf with constant 'harrassing' of involved legal representatives. The whole team made our journey from decision to completion easy.

Great experience!

Me and my husband recently sold our property through Ryder & Dutton and we can’t thank them enough for the smooth journey. We were apprehensive at the beginning as we know with the current market, houses are taking a while to sell however the process from start to finish was very easy. Chris initially valued our property and just speaking with him put us at ease, he was very approachable and lovely to speak to. Then we liaised with Naveen who was really helpful with going back and forth with us and our buyers, she always kept us in the loop even if there was nothing going on she kept us reassured through the process. Our move manager was Catherine and she was an absolute delight to liaise with, she responded efficiently through emails and phone calls and kept us updated at all times. We would highly recommend Ryder & Dutton and will be looking to potentially plan our next move with them :)

Had amazing experience with Ryder & Dutton estate Agents. Freya and Rachael Hilton were spot on with their work. Can’t thank Rachael Hilton for making our move so easy and convenient. We had only 4 weeks to move, we were really stressed but Rachael and Freya arranged our viewing according to the time that suited us as me and my husband both are working full-time. All the documentation work was done on time. Throughout the process Rachael kept us updating time to time and within 3 weeks we were in our new home. We recently sold our home with Ryder & Dutton and purchased our next one through them at the same time. Kris came out to do the initial valuation and was very thorough, informative but most of all, lovely. We’d spoken to another estate agent previous to Ryder & Dutton who didn’t come out to value our house, just had a quick phone call and that was it. Kris came prepared with a folder of information about our house and went through everything ensuring we fully understood the process. Once on the market we were looked after by Naveen, who again, was absolutely brilliant. From booking in viewings, phoning giving us feedback and securing our buyer, she was nothing but personable, professional and really on the ball with everything giving us updates as and when she could. When buying our next home we dealt with Lauren who just like Kris and Naveen, was professional, personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. Both Naveen and Lauren had the answer to every question I asked and made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.

The lovely Jenna at Ryder & Dutton Heywood. I cannot praise her enough. Her communication was excellent, she made the whole process so easy for me. I am neurodiverse and struggle with paperwork and long processes. Jenna helped me through each stage, clarifying info from solicitors, passing messages through the chain and remaining positive. I had a change of circumstance 2 weeks before completion meaning we had to start again but everyone pulled together to get me to complete on time. The team are kind and dedicated, definitely experts in their field. Thanks so much R&D Heywood, especially Jenna&Megan, for your hard work and support. Happy with the service

I recently bought a property through Ryder & Dutton and was very happy with the service provided!The sale didn't go too smoothly and was a lengthy process (through no fault of Ryden & Dutton). Matt was there to help throughout. I was also away for a full month towards of the sale where there were a few complications. Matt was great in these circumstances and helped by communicating going back and forth with all parties to find out exactly what was needed to get the sale complete for me not long after I got back. Throughout my home buying process, Ryder and Duttons Team has been absolutely impeccable. Choose your recommended conveyancers wisely

I am giving 4 stars not because the service provided by Ryder & Dutton wasn’t very good, because it was. Our contact Laura Chadderton was always available to answer any questions. The issue was the buyers solicitors (ConveyancingHome) who were on the Ryder & Dutton recommended list. They were awful unprofessional and had to be chased constantly and it got that bad that I had to raise a complaint with them directly. The whole process has been very stressful. Moving is stressful enough without conveyancers/solicitors making it worse. A huge thank you to Laura who I give 5 stars to.

The absolute best experience

I recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton, Heywood branch. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Starting with Fran Whittle who came out to do do the initial valuation with her obvious experience and knowledge of the local market, which is the most important aspect of selling. She also did the photographs and write up and it was listed online within just a few days. From that point on I dealt with Megan D’Angelillo at the local branch who was just excellent in every aspect of her position. She moved to another branch shortly after and Jenna Henley took over, who was also excellent, extremely efficient, professional and with great communication. They have perfected their process and they execute so well, both individually and as a Team. I received multiple, daily emails about viewings which happened immediately the house was listed, which they also handled for me. I had multiple offers within the first week and Jenna was on the ball at all times until we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Once we agreed with the buyer, the transaction went as quickly as their bank would allow. Jenna kept me informed every step of the way, I never had to call once to ask for updates, she preempted any question before I even asked. It’s rare to get such service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It becomes very apparent that using your local estate agent who has known the local area for so many years is a must for viewings and communication. I also used a solicitor they are not connected to but are familiar with due to their long, established network of local vendors, which made communication flow much better than if I’d introduced a random, unknown solicitor. This just added to the efficiency of their process to completion. I had no issues at all. Had there been any I would rather have a highly experienced local company on my side than a random online company who have no connection or attachment to the area. I can recommend Ryder & Dutton without hesitation, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thanks to Fran, Megan and Jenna, and Catherine who communicated with me also, you were all totally awesome!

From the first approach until the day of completion they were great, friendly, efficient & knowledgable. Wonderful team to work with. 16 viewings booked in a day and the house sold within a week at the asking price. We did the viewings ourselves over the weekend.Leanne came out initially and got the spec for the particulars and price right, the photos they took were really good and Martha was so efficient in taking the bookings, supported by the team calling me every 30 minutes. Carmel was totally amazing. At the end of the sale we had many problems and she stood firm and made things happen. Never phased in spite of numerous setbacks mainly caused by our buyers and their solicitors. Ryder and Dutton completed selling our property on 7th June in Cowlersley. Leanne was very accommodating when we first approached to sell the property and put it on the market within a week.
