Offered on a property that was rejected only for the ‘sales negotiator’ to contact us weeks later to say the seller would accept our offer. The agent then dropped the price on the property and when we offered above the asking price we were told we ‘messed them about’ and our offer would not be considered. To describe them as incompetent would be being polite.

I have just purchased a house with Ryder and Dutton Heywood, and can say the help and support from all the team was amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and kept me up to date with everything and if I was worried or wasn't fully aware the team Catherine, Ewan, Fran, Jenny, Tom & Gail were there with phone calls, emails and upto date news regarding the house or sellers information. I would recommend them 100% as they made the sale of the property stress free.

Having had the property on the market with another estate agency and receiving very few viewings, we decided to re list the property with Ryder and Dutton. In this day and age you tend to think that if people want to view a property they use Rightmove...... Wrong. Ryder and Dutton are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Their service is second to none and their database of potential buyers speaks volumes. Amber was brilliant from day one and Alice advised on what would make the property more appealing. In the first week alone we had more viewings than in the previous 4 months with our last estate agents. The property has now been sold for the full asking price and I would 100% recommend Ryder and Dutton. The cheapest is not always the best option. You truly do get what you pay for when you use the best. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team at Ashton branch.

Shannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off. Can't rate these guys highly enough. They helped me find and move into my home in just a few weeks. Paul was really helpful and attentive during the process, responding to any queries quickly, Freya was great during viewings, answering any questions or quickly finding answers if she didn't know.
