House sold easily; however Viewings were delayed. I only found out bu chance that they were delaying Viewings by upto 10 days as they were busy!!

We have reached out and explained the situation regarding the first viewing being booked a little later than you would have preferred, we're sorry this caused you concerns but we cannot always control periods when demand for our services are higher than others and have to work around the availability of the clients as well but we will of course take your feedback on board and see if we can speed up this process where necessary.

After a brief conversation about what we were looking for, Charlotte immediately suggested another property and managed to get us booked in for a viewing straight away. Excellent customer service from the Rochdale branch. Very professional and they were there when we needed them throughout the process. Massive shout out to Tom, Naveen and Nicole for all their hard work and efforts. Having a dedicated agent was important to us and Tom was our agent he was brilliant, a good listener and kept me informed until we completed. All the staff at the Rochdale branch are very polite, have a positive attitude and great communication kept me going. We will use their services again in the future.

Veda and Nicole were absolutely brilliant during the processing of our receny house move. They kept us informed on a weekly basis of the progress of the house move which lasted over a year. Any lack of progress was outside anybody's control. Regardless of the situation they were informative and excellent communicators.

I have just purchased a house with Ryder and Dutton Heywood, and can say the help and support from all the team was amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and kept me up to date with everything and if I was worried or wasn't fully aware the team Catherine, Ewan, Fran, Jenny, Tom & Gail were there with phone calls, emails and upto date news regarding the house or sellers information. Absolutely terrible experience. We have been dealing with ongoing damp and mould issues for around a year, yet despite repeatedly reporting the problem, Ryder & Dutton have failed to properly resolve it. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a real solution, the issue has been repeatedly pushed aside and excuses have been made. Extremely disappointing service and absolutely not an agency I would recommend.

Shannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off.
