Claudette was amazing from start to finish. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but she went above and beyond after the sale to help the buyers and ourselves get everything completed and kept us reassured and up to date. All the office staff were really helpful as also dealt with Lisa who knew everything about the sale and where we were up to can’t thank everyone enough.

GoogleSeveral delays were experienced during our purchase, due to the stamp duty and covid situation. However, Ryder & Dutton were very understanding and provided support. Some emails didn't get an immediate reply and for that I'm just rating them 4*. Happy to update this review at a later stage after the snagging list process is finished.

A little late putting this on due to house move and Xmas holidays. Our purchase was from Ryder We also chose Ryder solicitors and I am so glad we did. We were kept updated throughout quick responses via emails and calls. Ryder were especially very helpful with our purchase and liaising with the solicitors on our behalf. Throughout the process we viewed the property we were purchasing about 6/7 times. Every time it was never an issue Ryder always fitted us in, this helped so much when choosing appliances/furniture etc as due to Xmas period had to get things ordered. First time I’ve ever used Ryder I would defiantly recommend them. Caz and Paul

Alex McMahon looked after us from the beginning and kept us up to date all the way through. Whenever an issue arose, Alex would chase it up straight away and treated our sale and purchase as though it were her own. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but my wife, Claire and I found that Alex and Ryder and Dutton as a whole did their best to alleviate most of the stress.
