GoogleCousins took a year to give me any rental statements, and only after repeated enquiries. The staff did not know what had happened to my rental property records or keys and the rent was rarely paid. I have contacted a solicitor. Watch yourselves landlords, there is some fishy stuff going on with this company.

I have not come a cross such an excellent and professional service all way down right from start to the end in sale of property. I’m really thankfull especially to Sharon Grupman who has been so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend cousins to everyone to utilise their best service.

This is one of the worst estate agent I have ever used. They at great for customers wanting to sell there house but absolutely shocking for those wanting to buy a house. Sharon really needs to learn some customer service!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST! An absolute shambles of a 'so called' agency. Zero correspondence, viewings cancelled by 'the agency' due to unforeseen circumstances. High staff turnaround due to the total mismanagement of what has the be THE POOREST AGENCY EXPERIENCE EVER!
