My self and my partner we have been with Tennants for over 3 years now, they are absolutely great and very helpful in every way ! Any issues in properties were dealt with quickly and effectively. Over this few years we could not be happier to have picked Tennants as our letting agency. Only reason we moving away from them is the fact that we relocating outside the Eastbourne. I would 100% recommend this agency to everyone as they are really great and trustworthy !

I couldn’t recommend Tennants more as an estate agency in Eastbourne. They give a organised and efficient service, ensuring no hassles are caused during an already stressful move. I’ve rented twice from them over the past few years, both times Miles handled the paperwork, explaining all the details. They’re very upfront about their reasonable fees. Their contact with landlords is great, any issues are quickly resolved. All in all, I couldn’t see myself renting with anyone else in Eastbourne, purely because they run their agency in a respectful and honest way

We cannot praise Tennants enough, all of the staff were so helpful, over and above what we would have ever expected. They made the whole process of renting seamless and were so professional, kind, caring and supportive, they are a cut above the rest and other estate agents who wish to aspire to being 'The Best" should take note from Alex, Miles Josh and James and any member of staff we might not have mentioned. We only had one issue, but not with Tennants and that was the company that did the inventory, which was not fully accurate, but Tennants rectified the situation quickly and accurately. If I have had any problems with the property they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Over Christmas I have several water leaks and Peter answered the phone, whatever the time and dealt with the problem and I was never made to feel a nuisance. Really great letting agents.

I only had two minor problems with my flat in my time renting from Tennants and both were dealt much quicker than I expected, the workers sent out were fantastic, laid back and appeared to be very happy working for Tennants. I have rented many properties through many different estate agents but by far this has got to be the very best. Very professional and understand all circumstances whether that's your child's health or changing a date of payment. Any issues no matter Day/night there is an out of hours emergency line which I think brilliant. They don't just work closely with the landlord they work closely with you. I have been renting from them 3 years this year and never had an issue. If I had property to rent I would choose them to manage or if I ever find myself looking to rent a property again I would be going back to them. Professional, understanding, kind, nothing is ever to much! Thank you!

My husband and I rented a flat through Tennants for over 7 years and we could not have asked for more from them. Every problem we had was approached in a proactive manner within 24 hours. They are approachable and extremely solution focused. When it was time for us to move, our new Landlord engaged Tennants to find tenants for his property and again, they supported and guided us through the application process (proving to be the most competitive that we found price wise,they do not charge unreasonable fees for property holding and tenancy agreements). We really cannot recommend the team highly enough, although Alex and Sharon deserve a special mention, this really is a team effort and as tenants we felt very supported. We have been Tennants Landlords for 3 years now. I wouldn't think of using anyone else and have without hesitation recommended friends and family to them. We were very reluctant to become landlords at all as thought it would be very difficult but our experience with Tennants has completely changed our view. They look after everything on our behalf expertly, quietly, efficiently, patiently and with as much care as if the house was their own. They also balance the care of the landlord and our tenants perfectly and keep our tenants very happy. This is helped by the fact Tennants put such care into selecting the right tenants in the first place, using their years of experience to match tenant to house and landlord - a mixture of art and science. Had a flat with these guys for three years now. We are sadly having to move on but in the time we have been with them they have always been really helpful and friendly. From advice about things to do with the flat, to making sure any problems are taken care quickly they have been great.
