GoogleWe rented 26 Sevenoaks road Eastbourne BN23 7LW through tennants and the owners have not repaid our tenancy deposit inspite of no major damages.We are still chasing it.Had a very bad experience.The letting agents have not done anything in this matter.It seems they are in favour of the owner.Be careful guys

GoogleI have used Tennants as a landlady to help find tenants for two very different properties over the last year. I have found them to be outstanding from start start to finish, from the front desk, to viewings, searches and required paperwork it was all completed with ease. The entire team are friendly and approachable and pay exceptional attention to detail. The communication throughout was second to none, responding quickly to any questions or requests. They are also extremely knowledgeable and experienced that I felt guided and supported throughout the whole process even to advice on potential properties! They have found me lovely, reliable and kind tenants, exactly what I was hoping for. GoogleVery helpful and experienced company. Staff are on hand to assist with any questions required. Prices are fair for both tenants and landlords. They were recommended to me and I'd recommend them on to others. Locations is fairly easy to get to but parking can be an issue during peak times during the day.

GoogleI have entrusted the management of my property with Tennant Letting for over 10 years and in all that time I have been 100% delighted. I cannot praise them highly enough and I would recommend them to any existing or future landlord/landlady. Their professionalism and personal approach is what makes them stand out from other letting agents in my experience. Every member of the team is amazing no matter who I speak to or email. They take all the worry away, find solutions and are always able to help no matter the issue or query. During a recent property check, a problem with the property was discovered and they liaised with the tenant on my behalf regarding the work that was needed and timescales for completion and were able to find reliable trade people and source replacement products and kept me informed. Alex, Al and Sandra in particular deserve a mention as they have been consistently wonderful, Alex since the very first day I asked if Tennant Letting would manage my property and Al and Sandra over a number of years since. GoogleThe whole Tennant team are absolutely fantastic. They are all extremely efficient and very quick to respond and sort out any problems that occur for our tenants. I don’t know what I would do without them. They take the stress out of the every day issues and always give excellent advice. Miles in particular has been a fantastic help in making good a property. I left everything to him from choosing the carpets to the lighting. I knew I could trust him not only to keep the price as low as possible but also to get the best in what we could afford. However when there has been a problem I have always asked Alex or her husband Peter to help and they have always gone above and beyond to help me as I have rarely known how to deal with it myself.
